June - July 22, 2012This year’s Lilypad Picnic festivities wrapped up at midday today and plans are already underway for next year. Words fail as we attempt to express our gratitude for the amazing support of so many—those who attended the picnic and those who participated online. More on the picnic in tomorrow’s update.
We went from the Lilypad event directly into another Black Bear Field Study course with folks from Scotland, England, Florida, Tennessee, and Kansas. After our usual meet and greet over a wonderful family-style meal, Lynn took the group out to locate June to change her GPS batteries. Sue made sure Oliana got her medicine.
